We are a family owned, full service general contractor based in Southern Indiana. Thad Adams, President, has over 15 years experience in the residential construction field. Thad is a lifelong resident of Southern Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University Southeast (BS 1994). We are members of the Home Builders Association of Southern Indiana, Better Business Bureau and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.

We offer a new home warranty through Residential Warranty Corporation on all of our homes at no additional cost to buyers. Our homes feature name brands such as Delta Faucets, GE Appliances, Jeld-Wen Windows and Owens Corning Roofing products.
